I am so excited for you to try this project! I loved making these personalised phone cases, they were so quick and easy to make.

I have been seeing these textured phone cases pop up on my Pinterest and TikTok and thought, I need to figure out how to make these. So I thought about what "paste" I could use for the texture. I knew that I wouldn't be able to use what I usually do for my art as it would probably crack and get dirty overtime, being touched every day and bent when you take the case off. So I needed something that was durable and waterproof. This lead me to the idea of using silicone! I got a silicone that is used for filling gaps in the kitchen and bathroom, so I knew that it would be weather proof.

Here is something that I did learn about it though.. it is SO STICKY. Really make sure you do not get this on anything other than the phone case, because it can be a pain to clean up. (learn from my mistakes!).
